A few days ago, on the way to do bird monitoring in the El Pinacate Biosphere Reserve with our partners from the University of Arizona and the National Commission for Natural Protected Areas, our truck left us stranded in the middle of nowhere. Fortunately, it was winter time and not too hot, and soon we were rescued by other CEDO team members. It would have been a very different story had it been summer!
Our equipment, our field station, and our facilities are fundamental for our research, conservation, and community well-being work.

While Arizona Gives sends you an electronic tax receipt, each nonprofit organization is also responsible for sending donors a donation letter unless you have chosen to remain fully anonymous. Electronic tax receipts have been approved by the Arizona Department of Revenue and can be used for Arizona state tax credit purposes.
